The Filipino boxing super star Manny Pacquiao is only weeks away from what many boxing insiders believe will be his toughest fight yet, even though, Margarito is the underdog he believes he will defeat the Pacman and that Pacquiao’s trainer Freddie Roach talking of a 8th round knockout is only to build confidence out of fear that Manny will lose.
“Freddie Roach is scared that we’re gonna beat Manny Pacquiao,” said the Tijuana Tornado to Fanhouse.
Margarito claims he is not going to fall trap to Freddie Roach’s mind games and he is extra motivated to beat Manny Pacquiao with an uppercut.
Margarito’s trainer Robert Garcia also has confidence in his fighter saying this was the best he ever seen Margarito train.
Meanwhile, in the Philippines reports out of Pacquiao’s camp are not good, he isn’t training as hard and skipping training sessions and possibly overlooking the durable Mexican slugger.
